Tom Otterness.

He is a New York based sculptor. Using stylized figures that resemble whimsical cartoon characters, he explores the widest possible range of human experiences from the rarified world of social commentary. Otterness has created sculptures for countless public art projects including Rockefeller Park in New York City, the New York City subway system, and the Los Angeles Federal Center.
